AI automation and business consulting for owner-run companies.
Most small businesses don't have a technology problem. They have a constraint problem: one bottleneck, usually invisible from the owner's chair, that everything else piles up behind.
I find that constraint. Then I build the systems and AI workflows that remove it.
Services
Automation Diagnostic
A short, focused engagement. I map how your business actually runs, find the constraint that's costing you the most, and deliver a prioritized plan: what to automate, what to leave alone, and what it's worth. You keep the plan either way.
Build Sprints
Implementation of the plan. AI-powered workflows for lead intake, scheduling, follow-up, quoting, reporting, and internal documentation. Built on tools you already own where possible. A human stays on every consequential action.
Ongoing Advisory
For owners running the systems after the build. I stay on call, keep the automations honest as the business changes, and flag the next constraint before it bites.
How an engagement works
- Diagnose. We start with your data and your calendar, not a pitch deck. Pre-built assumptions get thrown out when your numbers disagree.
- Build. Small, working systems shipped in weeks. Every deliverable includes the failure modes: how this breaks, and when you should walk away from it.
- Run. Your team operates it. Documentation and SOPs are part of the deliverable, not an upsell.
Built for my own company first
Before consulting for anyone else, I built these systems for myself. I own and operate a seven-figure residential cleaning company in Wilmington, NC that runs on the ops systems and AI infrastructure I'm describing on this page: automated scheduling, hiring pipelines, client communication, and an AI knowledge base the whole business runs on.
Nothing I recommend is theoretical. It runs my payroll.
Work with me
Tell me what's eating your week. If I think automation can carry it, I'll tell you how and what it costs. If it can't, I'll tell you that too.
